Meditation is my all-time favourite ways to destress, quieten my mind and get in touch with my inner self… And daily practice can really change your live for the best! Going from a muddle of confusion to crisp clear vision of purpose. But what happens when life gets the better of us and daily meditation practise isn’t always possible?
Here are 3 tips to help you keep meditation on the top of your list!
- Set a daily meditation schedule and keep up to it. It is best to meditate early in the morning.
- Meditate as often as possible. Let it become a way of life, a spontaneous act of stillness, rather than something you must ‘do’. Constant practice becomes a habit!
- Adopt the habit of meditating while you are with others. No I don’t mean sit cross legged with closed eyes in a room full of people! Adopt the habit of stillness within. Witness life as it happens.
