Serving Size: 2 x 250ml cups depending on amount of liquid

Breakfast smoothie for anyone!


  • 2 table spoons of oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon of molasses
  • Water as required


  1. Cut the fruits into little pieces
  2. Mix all the ingredients into your blender jar or a suitable jar for blending
  3. Blend ingredients until smooth
  4. Add water and blend to get the desired texture
  5. Enjoy!


This is a vegan friendly smoothie, so it is suitable for vegans, vegetarians or anyone with a strict diet! You can add a non diary milk or cream instead of water.
