So the year has set in, people are back to their daily jobs, school and other activities that occupy the human brain. But in all the business of life and activities upon activities, how much of time is left over to just be alone, meditate and appreciate nature?
Of course, everyone’s schedule is different so there isn’t a set structure of when and how to find time for yourself. But there can be a few key moments in the day that we can safely snatch away for ourselves.
The best time to meditate is early in the morning. Wake up around 30 minutes earlier than usual. And either meditate on your bed when you awaken, or get up, get ready and then take 5 minutes from your morning to just sit and enjoy the stillness within.
5 minutes of meditation can help to change your day completely from a busy on the go type of life to a more calming, “I got this” day ahead!
